Micah Weekes

Micah has 25 years of experience in Exeter estate agencies. He worked his way through the ranks and in 2005 started his own independent agency. Born and educated in Exeter, Micah has extensive local property knowledge which clients value returning to make sales or let properties through Weekes time and again. He has a great eye for detail and an amazing memory for names and faces.

A morning person, Micah can usually be heard singing at his desk before the rest of us have managed to down a cup of coffee. He is an outdoorsy person who loves to camp and cycle with his three children. If he’s not working he can always be found in shorts (most of the year round) and also likes watching bands and cooking with the radio on.

Yvonne Maddison

Office Manager

Yvonne grew up surrounded by the property business in South Africa and has worked for some of the top agencies in London for the last 8 years with a background in both lettings and finance. She now keeps the office in order and will often be your first point of contact if you ring up or drop in. She is meticulous and efficient in all she does. Having relocated to Devon Yvonne likes exploring the beautiful coast and countryside at weekends with her family. She also loves to travel further afield and Croatia and Iceland are next on her list!

Tony McGee

Sales Negotiator

In 2001 Tony’s life long love of property took him to work for a prestigious local estate agency where for the last 15 years he has been working closely with individuals buying and selling houses, as well as those investing in property and small commercial premises. His background in the building industry and his extensive local contacts add to his skillset.

Tony likes to give a very human, bespoke service, something that Weekes pride themselves on. He is a vastly experienced estate agent whose local property knowledge and working relationships with clients are second to none.

Tony has an incredible capacity for being positive. He loves to travel with his wife and they canoe both locally and abroad on summer days. The only downside to Tony is that he chews all our pens.

Rosie Le Page

Lettings Negotiator

Rosie runs our busy lettings department powered by coffee and alongside Jess. She is conscientious, knowledgeable and practical and has earned the trust of our landlords and tenants in no time at all. Having worked within a lettings team for the last 3 years she has come to love the variety this job brings to each day. Originally from Guernsey, Rosie was drawn to Exeter and its historic quayside. When not at work Rosie has a lot of interests which include listening to live music, playing the piano and creative writing.

Jessica Burrage

Property Manager

Jess joined Weekes in 2014 and works on our busy lettings portfolio. Her friendly manner, great sense of humour and efficient approach has made her very popular with landlords and tenants alike. Jess visits the rental properties to do viewings, make inventories and reports and to do tenancy checks when people let or move out of one of the properties.

Having relocated herself with her husband and three children from London Jess knows the ins and outs of that process. She currently lives in St Leonard’s where her children go to school. In her free time she loves to cycle (taking part in charity events), garden and can often be found doing arty DIY projects around her house.
