Meet The Team

MICAH WEEKES

Micah has 25 years of experience in Exeter estate agencies. He worked his way through the ranks and in 2005 started his own independent agency. Born and educated in Exeter, Micah has extensive local property knowledge which clients value returning to make sales or let properties through Weekes time and again. He has a great eye for detail and an amazing memory for names and faces.

A morning person, Micah can usually be heard singing at his desk before the rest of us have managed to down a cup of coffee. He is an outdoorsy person who loves to camp and cycle with his three children. If he’s not working he can always be found in shorts (most of the year round) and also likes watching bands and cooking with the radio on.

VICKY BANDYSZEWKA
Negotiator

Vicky grew up and went to school in East Devon, leaving the rolling hills for university, but ultimately returning because it’s such a beautiful part of the country to live! She has been working within the property industry, locally, for several years, originally coming from a corporate background, with a focus on customer service. This is evident in her approach. Vicky’s favourite part of the job is meeting new people and seeing the difference a move makes to people’s lives - that moment when she hands over the keys to an excited tenant or buyer.

In her own time, Vicky loves to eat out and is always full of great suggestions for local places to try. She coxes for Exeter City Rowing Club and is in training for the South West Run.
